The terms that apply to Freedom Online internet service subscriptions.

By subscribing to an internet package, you agree to these terms. Service is provided subject to technical feasibility and coverage availability at your installation address.
Published speeds are subject to network conditions, contention ratios, and reasonable fair-use limits. Accounts found reselling bandwidth without authorization or engaging in network abuse may be suspended.
Invoices are generated monthly in advance. Payment is due by the date shown on your invoice. Accounts unpaid past the due date may be suspended until settled.
Installation is scheduled after coverage is confirmed at your address. Equipment provided (ONT/router) remains our property unless purchased outright, and should be returned in working condition if service is cancelled.
We target 99.9% network uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
You may cancel at any time by contacting support. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
